Creator Program

1. What is a Circl Creator?

A Circl Creator is a member who has unlocked monetization features on the platform. Creators can offer paid Subscriptions to their audience, receive Tips from their community, and are identified with a dedicated Creator badge across the platform.

Unlike platforms where monetization is reserved for a small fraction of top performers, Circl is designed so that any Creator — regardless of location or follower count in most cases — can start earning from day one.

2. Eligibility

To become a Circl Creator, a member must meet the following criteria:

• Maintain a complete and authentic profile, in accordance with Circl's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines;
• Reach the minimum follower count required to apply for Creator status, as shown in your app's profile settings (this threshold does not apply to Country Managers, who are eligible from the moment they are designated);
• Submit a Creator application from the app's profile settings;
• Have no history of reports, sanctions, or violations of platform rules.

Once approved, a Creator badge appears permanently on the member's profile, and monetization tools become available in their account.

3. Monetization Tools

3.1 — Subscriptions

Creators can offer their audience access to a paid Subscription. Subscription products are created dynamically per Creator through Circl's API, and pricing is localized by region:

Members of the community can send one-time Tips to any Creator, using one of three fixed amounts:

Circl operates a transparent, fixed revenue split on all Subscription and Tip income:

Country Managers benefit from a reduced 0% Circl commission on Subscriptions and Tips, as described in the Country Manager Program.

5. Payouts

5.1 — Payout schedule and minimum threshold

Creator earnings are calculated and paid out on the 5th of each month, covering revenue generated during the previous month. A minimum payout threshold of $20 (or local currency equivalent) applies; balances below this threshold roll over to the following month.

5.2 — Payout methods by country

Circl sends payouts through the most reliable and cost-effective channel available in each market. Available receiving methods depend on the Creator's country:

5.3 — Transfer fees

Payout transfer fees vary by method and are deducted from the Creator's net share (80%) at the time of payout. Circl does not absorb these fees. Estimated fees by method:

Exact fees may vary slightly depending on destination bank, currency conversion rates and payout amount. The estimated net amount is always displayed to the Creator before they confirm their payout method.

6. How to Become a Creator

1. Open the Circl app and go to your Profile Settings;
2. Reach the required follower count shown in your profile settings;
3. Tap "Become a creator" and submit your Creator application;
4. Once approved, set up your Subscription price and start receiving Tips;
5. Set up your payout method under Creator Settings → Payouts.
